Data isolation
Every record in Depot CRM belongs to your organization and is scoped to it at the database level. Other organizations on Depot CRM cannot see or query your data.
Encryption in transit
All traffic to and from Depot CRM is encrypted over HTTPS.
Authentication
Sign in with a password or a passwordless magic link sent to your email. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
Infrastructure
Depot CRM runs on Vercel with a managed PostgreSQL database. We don't run our own servers — hosting, backups, and infrastructure security are handled by established providers built for this.
Your data, your control
Export your contacts at any time. If you close your account, contact us and we'll walk you through data deletion.
