1. Using Depot CRM
By creating an account, you agree to use Depot CRM lawfully and not to misuse the service — including attempting to access another organization's data, sending unsolicited or abusive email through the platform, or attempting to disrupt the service for other users.
2. Your data
You own the contact and business data you enter into Depot CRM. We access it only to operate and support the service, or as required by law.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Service availability
We aim to keep Depot CRM available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted uptime.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
